Highlights

Event Mobility Planning System for the Ateneo Campus Safety and Mobility Office

The Event Mobility Planning System (EMPS) is a centralized platform that automates security visualizations and resource allocation by integrating VPROBE and RFID data, successfully reducing planning lead time by 84%. The Proof of Concept (PoC) streamlined operations by reclaiming 60 man-hours monthly and decreasing coordination meetings by 48%, ultimately yielding a projected 5-year NPV of over ₱181k.

SPARK (Service Proactive AI Responsive Knowledge)

A first-place winning AI agent architecture in BPI Data Wave 2025 under Track 3 (Hyper-personalization and Customer Experience). Can auto-reconcile, intelligently escalate, and predict risk in customer issue cases. Architecture makes it scalable and practical. It is also easy to use on the operations side due to the developed case dashboard to support BPI's Contact Center Teams.

Matanglawin Ateneo’s Wansapanalawin Website

As part of the front-end development tea, I used HTML, CSS, and Javascript to program the music, buttons, and the pointer to be intuitive and visually pleasing. The website is hosted in WebFlow and we worked to build it collaboratively using CodePen.

Business Process Improvement of the Center for Drug Regulation and the Research of the Food and Drug Administration

This is our final project for our Business Process Reengineering class.

I collaborated with a team to analyze the application process for a Certificate of Product Registration with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Using BPMN to map both the as-is and to-be processes, we proposed strategies to streamline and reduce cycle time by 16.7%
